Privacy policy

Colors Everywhere: Survive

CSA Intelligence Inc. operates Colors Everywhere: Survive. This policy describes the iPhone game’s handling of information, including Google’s advertising and consent services.

Your game progress

The game stores scores, mastery, earned styles, replay information and sound/vibration preferences on your device. We do not operate a player-account system or a server for this progress. The app does not include a separate analytics service. Device or operating-system backups may include local game data according to your settings. Removing the app can remove this data.

Optional ads and privacy choices

The game uses Google AdMob to offer an optional rewarded ad for one second chance. Regular play does not require watching an ad. We request nonpersonalized ads on both platforms. On iOS, we also disable Google’s publisher first-party ID and publisher personalization features, and do not request permission to access Apple’s advertising identifier. On Android, Google’s advertising identifier may be processed for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Nonpersonalized ads still involve data processing.

Google’s Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform SDKs may process IP addresses and approximate location, app- or device-related identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and technical information such as performance and diagnostic data. These services use information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, maintain service reliability and manage consent. The iOS game disables the SDK’s optional crash reporting. We do not give Google your locally saved scores or earned styles.

The consent service contacts Google when the game starts to check which choices are required in your region, and when you request ad privacy choices or a rewarded ad. Ads are requested only when the consent service permits them. Open Settings → Ad privacy choices to revisit available choices. You can skip the rewarded-ad option and continue playing free. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps for its processing and controls.

Permissions and purchases

Gameplay does not use your camera, microphone, contacts or precise location. The game has no in-app purchases and does not collect payment-card information. External links or an ad you choose to open may take you to a third party, whose own policy applies.

When you contact us

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond, investigate issues and maintain necessary support records. Our email provider processes those messages for us. We retain support information only as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations; you may ask us to delete it.

Your choices and requests

You can use the game offline, decline optional ads, change available ad consent choices in Settings, and remove locally stored game information by deleting the app. Deleting the app does not delete information already held by Google or an email you sent to support. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or to exercise privacy rights available where you live. Google’s linked policy explains requests relating to information it controls.

Audience, processing and updates

This is a general-audience game, not a service specifically directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. Our service providers may process information outside your country. Google’s retention and international-processing practices are described in its policy. We may update this policy as the game or its services change and will revise the date above.

This support website has its own optional Google Ads measurement controls. Any consent given to website measurement is separate from in-game ad choices; use the website’s Ad privacy choices control to change it.
